Irregularities in irrigation entail the formation of new shoots that will not have time to grow and bloom in winter - this is fraught with freezing in winter.

If there is no rain in the fall, it will be necessary to water the bush 1-2 times a week, because it is impossible to leave a rose for the winter without moisture in the root system.
